Ghana: Cape Coast Castle
In Cape Coat, about 3 hours from Accra, Ghana, Kate, Maura and her friend Dave took a tour of a fort and exit point for slaves to the New World.
Previously a "door of no return" from thousands of African people captured or sold into slavery, Cape Coast is now a bustling and quite beautiful port city.
